Prebehla som h\u00e1dam v\u0161etky str\u00e1nky o zhadzovan\u00ed k\u00edl, taktie\u017e som absolvovala aj r\u00f4zne porady s odborn\u00edkmi a presne som vedela, \u010do m\u00e1m a nem\u00e1m jes\u0165. Nevedela som v\u0161ak zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 chuti do jedla, ktor\u00fa som mala. Na\u0161la som si teda nejak\u00e9 pr\u00edpravky na chudnutie. Hlavne tak\u00e9, aby mi to jednoducho utlmilo moju chu\u0165 do jedla. Samozrejme, nie \u00faplne, preto\u017ee to by bolo maxim\u00e1lne nezdrav\u00e9. No mus\u00edm uzna\u0165, \u017ee ako ich m\u00e1m, nem\u00e1m potrebu sa prejeda\u0165, jem len vtedy, kedy m\u00e1m jes\u0165 a absol\u00fatne nem\u00e1m chu\u0165 na nezdrav\u00e9 jedl\u00e1. C\u00edtim sa ove\u013ea lep\u0161ie a som presved\u010den\u00e1 o tom, \u017ee aj ove\u013ea lep\u0161ie vyzer\u00e1m. Tak\u017ee, pre\u010do by som to mala meni\u0165?
